Common questions

Why isn't everything free?

Most features cost us nothing to provide. The few that do — bulk generation, custom domains, heavy AI art usage — are what Pro covers. We'd rather be upfront about that than pretend everything is free.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

You keep all your existing QR codes — they never expire or break. You'll just be limited to 2 dynamic QRs and 5MB storage going forward, same as the Free plan.

Do free dynamic QRs expire?

No. Once created, a dynamic QR works forever as long as your account is active — free or Pro.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Switching to yearly applies the discount immediately.
