By using ieatQR ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ieatQR provides QR code generation (static and dynamic), a QR code reader, scan analytics for dynamic QR codes, and optional file hosting linked to QR codes. Free and Pro tiers are available, with different usage limits as described on our Pricing page.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You agree not to use ieatQR to:
We reserve the right to disable QR codes, remove uploaded files, or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, particularly where we believe content poses a security or legal risk.
Dynamic QR codes redirect through our infrastructure. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee the Service will be available without interruption. If a printed QR code's underlying dynamic redirect becomes unavailable due to extended service downtime, we are not liable for resulting losses.
Files you upload for use with dynamic QR codes are subject to the storage limits of your plan (Free or Pro, as described on our Pricing page). You retain ownership of any files you upload, but you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to host and share that content. Uploaded files are served publicly via their unique link; do not upload sensitive or confidential material.
The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes the limits described on our Pricing page. Pro is a paid subscription that removes certain limits. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.
The ieatQR name, logo, and platform are the property of their owner. You retain all rights to content you generate or upload using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ieatQR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
